Mosquito Control Vehicle (MCV)


The sprayer is installed on an electric-powered car, which can be controlled by personnel to the designated place, and spray repellent, MCV has a wider range than a piggyback sprayer in current use.

MCV is more convenient for a wide range of atomization treatments, especially helping staff to reach different locations to settle mosquitoes. Besides, an installed camera and a remote controller can help staff control and the MCV easier with safety.

The Government is very concerned about a number of imported malaria cases recently recorded in Hong Kong. The Secretary for Environment and Ecology, Mr Tse Chin-wan, today (August 7) inspected the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD)'s anti-mosquito measures at the hillside near Princess Margaret Hospital, Kwai Chung. He appeals to members of the public to work together to carry out mosquito prevention and control measures at their homes and surroundings, thereby keeping hazards at bay.

Development of Automated System for Proctor Tests (CEDD Public Works Regional Laboratory , North Lantau)

The Automated System for Proctor Tests ("ASPT") is an automated system developed to perform the Proctor test or also can be known as "Compaction Test". The ASPT is designed to perform the test complying with the current standard GEOSPEC 3 to determine the dry density and the moisture content relationship of a soil sample.

We developed an advanced Smart Warehouse System for Novotex, integrating Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) for efficient pick and place operations and robotic arms for precise color sorting. The AGVs enhance productivity by autonomously navigating the warehouse, significantly reducing manual handling and errors. Simultaneously, the robotic arms leverage sophisticated sensors and machine learning to accurately sort items by color, streamlining inventory management. This innovative solution not only increases operational efficiency and reduces costs but also enhances safety by minimizing human intervention in hazardous tasks. Overall, our Smart Warehouse System positions Novotex at the forefront of warehouse automation, paving the way for future growth and innovation.

CNC Punch Automation(Kingdom Fine Metal)

We are collaborating with Kingdom Fine Metal to develop an advanced smart warehouse system aimed at improving operational efficiency and cargo management. This system includes an Automated Pick & Place Cargo System that uses robotics and AI to automate material handling, a comprehensive Inventory Database with Management System for real-time tracking and optimization of stock levels, and Automatic Ground Vehicles (AGVs) for the safe and efficient transport of heavy cargo within the warehouse. By streamlining operations, enhancing accuracy, and providing valuable data insights, this project will position Kingdom Fine Metal as a leader in logistics and inventory management, driving increased productivity and operational excellence.
